Scott was formerly treasurer of Entertainment Properties Trust,
a publicly traded Real Estate Investment Trust focusing on
the specialized real estate segment of megaplex movie theatres.
There, Scott participated in real estate transactions in excess
of $350 million, public capital market transactions in excess
of $100 million and debt placements in excess of $100 million.
Scott has significant operating experience as Chief Financial
Officer of a middle market textile company and Chief Operating
Officer of a middle market mail order catalog company. In addition,
Scott spent six years at KPMG Peat Marwick, a worldwide public
accounting firm.

Gary P. McDaniel

Principal
Gary is currently a principal in BaseCamp Capital LLC, a Denver
based real estate investment and real estate advisory services
company. Prior to BaseCamp, Gary was the CEO and co-founder
of Chateau Communities, a publicly traded REIT with over $2
billion in market capitalization. Chateau Communities invested
exclusively in the niche real estate segment of manufactured
housing. As a founder of Chateau Communities, Gary grew the
business into the largest owner-operator in its real estate
segment through aggressive acquisitions of competitors. Chateau
Communities was recently merged into Hometown America.

James B. Grange

Principal
Jim is also a principal in BaseCamp Capital LLC. Jim was a
co-founder of Chateau Communities and served as its Chief Operating
Officer throughout his tenure.
Together, Gary and Jim have over fifty years of experience
in the real estate investment business. They have participated
in over $750 million in capital transactions. These include
public offerings of securities, private placements of partnership
interests, secured and unsecured debt placements, and mergers
and acquisitions.
